Roads are safe. The house is located on a prominent street on Route 420, Moca PR with Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, beauty salons, and more just minutes away. At the same time, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains.

On the property there are fruit 🫐🥑 trees 🌳 and birds 🐓 🦆 in a enclosed area, to maintain the value and beauty of the property my parents feed the birds daily and the landscape maintenance is done intermittently.
