"Nice hotel"

"Horribly expensive and disappointing corporate travel experience! Will never go back or lodge workers there again. Difficult staff, long lines for help, repeated information requests for expenses, missing charge receipts and conflicting booking vs charged issues. More than 8 hours trying to get enough consistent info from them to pieces expenses. On top of that; they are adjacent to an active rail road yard where cars are banging and clanging all night."

"We always enjoy staying here, especially because of the friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the complimentary continental breakfast is a nice bonus. Great location too, we look forward to coming back!"

"Lots of people hanging out in the lobby charge $50 if you check in before three, even if your room is ready. The poor employees get the backlash. A lady was ready to check in at 2:30 and they still charged her $50 even though it was only a half an hour until three."
