"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. A classic, old palazzo, beautifully restored, right in the center of Palermo. Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms, quiet air conditioning, and fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be sure to have a drink in the bar with Robert, a true professional with an engaging personality with amazing stories to tell Very highly recommended"

"This hotel is fine. It wasn’t as nice as in the pictures but honestly if you’re going to be there just for sleeping it’s perfect. It has everything you need and the staff is great. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel I would say pick something else but something easy conveniently located and average it’s perfect. Especially for the price."

"Pool area is closed in October when I visited. You have to be aware that you must book the airport shuttle at least 24 hours in advance and pay in cash. The shuttle is actually a taxi. room was lovely, big , clean. I was in room 309. I am a single female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel room & restaurant. I was thrilled to see that tea was available at breakfast. The hotel is far from Palermo so if you are staying here, you need a car or check the taxi prices from the hotel to various destinations."

"The place was very nice. Right on the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic. There wasn’t much variety for lunch or supper. So we walked off the property. I would NOT recommend the pedicure. It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful! The staff were very helpful and friendly."
