"Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. "Please note that Expedia stated that there is a seasonal outdoor pool at Palazzo Kapace and a hot tub. This is incorrect and there is only a small hot tub. We had a problem with a vibrating noise in our room as we were under the boiler for the hot tub and did not sleep at all well the first night and would have moved out. In fairness to the owner, she sorted it out very efficiently so we stayed."
