    PGJyPgWelcome home!
We wanted to share our childhood memories with you. We have renovated our grandfather's house and we invite you to discover this magnificent environment. A real family project launched in July 2024, do not hesitate to give feedback so that we can improve this experience together.

Direct access: Hiking trails towards the forest of Sillé le Guillaume Formerly owned by the Barons of Sillé, the forest (3500ha) became the property of the state in 1925. Since the end of the sixteenth century, the forest has been exploited to provide the charcoal necessary for metallurgy. In the heart of this forest massif, a 40-hectare lake allows you to practice many water activities. Climbing can also be practiced on the sites of Rochebrune or Saut du Serf. Nearby: Les Alpes Mancelles Located in the heart of the classified natural site of the Alpes Mancelles, Saint-Léonard-des-Bois is renowned for its outdoor activities. From Haut Fourché or Narbonne, you will fall under the spell of these hilly and totally atypical landscapes.

And if not: Le Mans The city is located at the confluence of the Sarthe and Huisne rivers. Former provincial capital of Maine, and of the Perche from the sixteenth century1, it saw the marriage of Geoffrey V of Anjou and Matilda the Empress, daughter of the King of England, thus laying the foundations of the Plantagenet Empire, and the birth of Henry II. The old town of Le Mans, known as the Cité Plantagenet, is the historic district of the city. Le Mans is a former "red city", due to the particular colour of its Gallo-Roman walls, partly preserved, dating from the third century. Every year, on the second weekend of June, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest organises the most important motor race in the world, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, whose 2023 centenary edition brought together more than 325 000 spectators. Le Mans also organises the 24 Heures Moto, the leading motorcycling sporting event in France in terms of attendance, and the French motorcycle grand prix. The city was the birthplace of the modern automobile of the French Grand Prix in 1906 and the first public flight of the Wright brothers. The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit with its museum, which has become the favourite monument of the French in 2024 ... to visit and/or discover.
