"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We stayed a week and thought the service and amenities were fantastic. The resort was so kid friendly. Each restaurant had a supervised kids playroom which was brilliant. So once they finished their meal they could go play so adults could enjoy theirs a little longer. The kids club was excellent as well. We stayed with our son but he had so much fun playing at the club and participating in their nightly events. The pool areas, splash pad and kids pool were also perfect for our son. We loved our room. We stayed in a family suite with a large terrace and plunge pool overlooking the ocean! Having the little pool was our favourite part. The hotel was modern and beautiful and felt luxe. The size of the resort was also perfect. Not too big and so easy to navigate. We’ve been to others that are much bigger and you almost get lost trying to get from one area to the next. The staff were lovely and really went out of their way for us. The restaurants were nice and staff very friendly. The food wasn’t out of this world but it was above average for an all inclusive. When we went in July there was a lot of seaweed. The hotel did their best to clear it in the mornings which is when we’d usually go to the beach. By afternoon it would start to build up some more. We didn’t swim in the ocean but it still didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly when my family’s flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay by two days. There are tons of different foods at the buffet to choose from, the pools were nice, all of the bars made the drinks great- especially if you tipped the bartender. A stand out memory we have is the quality of the shows. We loved the Michael Jackson show and the Wicked show. They are high energy and reminded us of the shows you would see in Vegas. Be prepared for the heat though! We were so thankful for the powerful in-room AC, it was like walking into a refrigerator at the end of the day. Overall it was a great stay and if we have any more destination weddings to attend in Miches we would definitely go back!"

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
