"We have never experienced a hotel that the maid didn’t make bed. Complained to the front desk, they said they will investigate but nothing happened. We sent a message to the hotel also no response! In addition to the unmade bed, the cleaning crew never cleaned the room and bathroom floors. The carpet in the room has stains and looks disgusting. There are hooks to hang the towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located."

"This was a wonderful hotel. The staff went above and beyond! When we arrived, we didn't know where to park and the reception staff actually took me through to the parking garage and out to the street to show me where the garage entrance was, since it is easy to miss. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. It was a spacious room too! We had the bedroom and our daughter had the couch bed, which was in a separate room from the bedroom. Her bed was already made for her and the staff had given us the appropriate number of towels for three guests (this is rare and we usually have to ask for another towel even after booking for 3 guests). We had complementary wine waiting for us. The hotel breakfast is the best I've ever had! Amazing selection of yoghurts, fruit, nuts, spreads, cereals, cakes, bread, eggs, sausages, meats & cheeses, seafood, coffee, fresh juices, and a tea station. And the location was excellent too! 15 min walk to major attractions and close to transportation and the Naschmarkt! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very clean, good facilities and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre fruit salad wasn’t fresh, average considering the cost of staying there. Minor drawback Did find having to pay €4.50 Euros per night for a bottle of water steep as many hotels provide water daily free of charge."
