"Everything was brilliant!"

"Convenient location a short walk from a shopping centre, tram stop and Andel metro station. Away from the main tourist area but only a short metro ride away. Many restaurants close by and a food court located in the shopping centre. Generally friendly staff (but not overly friendly). Quiet, clean, modern and spacious room although it was sparsely decorated: a few soft touches and more wall decorations would be good but not a major problem. Clean and modern bathroom. Bed on the firm side which suited me. Short ride in a funicular to get to this hotel from the hotel below was an interesting feature- I never had a problem with a queue. Pool , jacuzzi and sauna area is quite small and not really suitable for lounging in. Good choice at breakfast with eggs and crepes made to order. Good value and would stay here again."

"Really good location just away from the city center but not far, very well connected by public transport, good restaurants around, very short tram ride away to main attractions. Breakfast options are very good, happy hour runs during specific time in the evening if you happen to stay innthe hotel, really excellent choice "

"The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was much appreciated. The entrance was slightly hard to find as it requires passing through a bus parking area, but the location is convenient, with bus and tram stops about a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient that a bus from airport stopped at a nearby bus stop. "

"The location is close to the Old Town—only a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious with high ceilings. We booked a room with three beds, and the hotel provided a king-size bed in a living area, plus a separate room with two twin beds. Highly recommended. The staff are excellent. After we checked out, my child forgot her phone in the room. The staff noticed it, brought it down to the lobby, and immediately looked for us."

"A sun-filled apartment with great views of the river and the old town on the opposite bank; great location, with easy walk to everything and yet not in a crowded central area. Our windows were toward the road with the tram, but the sound insulation is so good there is no road noise. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop and espresso maker. The bathroom has a real door and a fan. The dining table could be a bit bigger, and it would be useful to have more hooks for towels and jackets (there is a total of one hook in the bathtroon and one ikea coat stand, for 4 people in the apartment). No air conditioning (but we visited in cool season so it wasn't a problem). Communication with the reception is via direct email or text (to which they reply immediately); do not rely on messaging inside hotels.com. If we ever get to visit Prague again we'll choose this place again."

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very stuffy and hot. Towel on floor as a bath mat is a safety hazard as you step down from the shower. It slips very easily. Need a washcloth - just one towel to "
