"The Airport Shuttle from Prague airport was delayed by 30 mins. Had to call up the Hotel (had to make international calls) which was very frustrating. But the gentleman who picked us up was very apologetic and helpful."

"This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother us "

"No support for towels or towel drying device since there is no regular towel change, no place to put the toiletries inside the shower, a lot of garbage accumulation some days since the cleaning is not very regular."
