"The best thing about this place is the location. For the price, it can’t be beat. There are no amenities, just a room. Room was clean enough, very small, and no frills. Staff was meh, parking is limited and fills up quickly, so plan accordingly if you had a car. I’d say here again just because it’s the only reasonably priced accommodations in the area. "

The beautiful backyard garden was the icing on the cake. As for the neighborhood, there was street parking right out front and good restaurants and nice shops close by and at the same time, the room was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Springer!"

"Central location, old style Pensione Hotel, Cental bathroom and that's ok. It's all about location! You're on Market Street close to everything you need. Parking is simple but park off Market OR you might get towed. Park and walk. Grab rooms towards the back. Less streetlight glare and street noise. "
