"The hotel was generally clean but some repairs are needed. Breakfast was delicious with very good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. Parking is with in and out but cars must be retrieved before 4pm to about a fee."

"I stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room itself felt quite stuffy, largely because there was no vent in the bathroom to help with airflow. The service was the biggest letdown. We found the staff to be quite rude and unsupportive; they even refused to provide us with an adequate amount of bottled water. Furthermore, the communication regarding booking benefits was nonexistent. My Expedia booking included a $130 tour credit, but the staff claimed to have no knowledge of it. To make matters worse, we only discovered a flyer on our final day mentioning that guests receive discounted tour tickets—information that would have been incredibly helpful to know earlier so we could actually use our credit. Between the poor hospitality and the lack of transparency regarding our credits, I would not recommend staying here. It was a frustrating experience and a poor value for the money."

"The location is great, rooms spacious, but hallway carpets need cleaning and you can't help but get the feeling that they're short on staff, possibly because building is also half long term apartment rentals. One great, hard working guy at the front desk, the other two we encountered would barely look up from their phones, and not remotely friendly. Also, be aware that they do not clean rooms, and you have to find a housekeeper for resupply. Also, you have to pay for parking in lot across the street, make sure you identify the correct lot. On positive side, quiet overall, good brunch, great location, and good value."

We’re obsessed with Embassy Suites as their high standards are upheld at every single level, with every single detail.
