"Overall the hotel is in good shape. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Our overall stay was good, but at the same time frustrating. We were issued 4 room keys at check in. Upon reaching our room it took multiple tries with all four keys for the room door to open. We told the desk later that day about the issue and were told they’d have engineering replace the battery in the door lock. It took 3 more times of us telling them about the issue for them to actually have someone sent to the room and address the issue. Our daughter joined us on the last night, that morning at 7am I asked the front desk for a rollaway bed for her. We returned at noon and there was no bed in the room. Asked the front desk again and got the same answer. Went to dinner came back to the room and still no bed. Another call and finally a bed came with a pillow and no blanket. Called down for a blanket and was told there were no blankets left and was offered an extra sheet. Communication and logistics seems to be nonexistent. I was told due to the hotel being sold out for the weekend there was a shortage of linens. How can a hotel who’s one job is guest satisfaction not be ready for a sold out weekend. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and suggest the Hilton right behind it, they were also fully booked but apparently didn’t run out of blankets. "

"Great location if you are visiting Mercedes Benz stadium or State Farm. Staff are friendly, we usually have issues with Housekeeping not cleaning our room until close to the evening at other hotels but no issues at Reverb. Check in and check out are both easy. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. "

"1. They don’t tell you the pools closed even after asking when does the pool open 2. There was chewed gum and a weird wet sticky spot on our floor. 3. The tv NEVER worked like you’re supposed to be an up to date establishment how is that possible 4. THE ROOM IS HOTTER THAN THE SUN and they won’t let you get cold air ! 5. The stupidity of charging more money for parking literally just the dumbest hotel ever "

"Beautiful, historic property in Midtown Atlanta, Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, super efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, my suite had a separate kitchen, washer and dryer and living area, bathroom was roomy. Great on-site restaurant venues, walkable to many attractions and destination areas in midtown."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the 11th floor which gave us a nice city view that my son loved. There is construction going on across from the hotel but it didn't interfere with our stay. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Perimeter Mall is in walking distance. I took one star away because the indoor pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances but the pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again. "
