Sea Watch 1108 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The cool-toned living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, matching chairs, and a television with Blue Ray Player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counter top. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The den doubles as a sleep area, furnished with a day bed with a trundle, and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Great location, really nice condo amenities. I would say pending on the height and age of the people staying there it would sleep 7-8 people. The sleep sofa although it’s a double bed was comfortable for a skinny 6’1” teenager. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room.

Great Place to Stay at Sea Watch!

The description of the condo was perfectly described -- "cozy". Nicely decorated, roomy, beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils (except for the can opener), plenty of dishes/pots/pans (and really appreciated the Keurig!). The storage under the kitchen island was perfect for dry foods. Replacement light bulbs were available if needed; as well as power strips - which we always need! We would definitely stay in this unit (1108) again!

This unit is clean, well kept, and nicely stocked. It was like a home away from home. Nice utensils and other kitchen equipment; great storage in the kitchen peninsula. Loved the quality of the place from the coffee maker to the tvs. The glass tables are perfectly spaced and convenient for families. The view is beautiful and the property itself has lots of amenities. We all loved it!

Great layout, love the SeaWatch Complex

Upon our arrival we unfortunately found that the deadbolt to the condo was locked and we were not provided with a key. We had to call Shoreline Properties and had to wait for them to unlock the deadbolt while we sat outside with all of our luggage and 2 young kids. Once in the condo, it was very nicely laid out. The floor was not the cleanest as my 2 year old found old pieces of cereal under the edge of the couch and a piece of chewed up gum within 5 minutes of being there. I was also surprised that there were not many supplies there that I would've expected like dish rags, surface cleaner or anything other than salt and pepper. Otherwise it was nice a stay. The beds were comfy and there was an abundance of pillows which was nice.
