"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"

If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby."
