"This hotel was a short walk to restaurants and many attractions. It was located in a safe area and had many great amenities. One of our favorite was 24 hr access to beverages and snacks on the second floor. We will be returning again."

"The Jewel was the perfect spot to stay for a long weekend. We could walk to everything. It’s clean, quiet, has cozy bedding and refillable water bottles which is so nice. We will be back!"
"The room was cute and quaint and perfect for solo traveling. I was allowed to get free items from the mini-bar, had Voss water and Nespresso as complimentary drinks in room, croissants for breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and accommodating. For a boutique hotel, this was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait to return. No complaints - perfectly situated within walking distance to most places in NYC and it was just amazing. "

"This hotel is legitimate 5-star. I stay here when we I’m in NYC. Food is good, staff is mostly Korean and the efficient and friendly. The street is not what 5th Avenue used to be. Not their fault, but NYC has lost its way. Homeless problem 10 feet from the front door. Panhandlers and mentally ill people everywhere. "
