"Room was on the second floor and there was a strange smell in the hallway and the bed sheets. Staff did not clean the room or change out the towels until my third night. I discussed the towel change out with the front desk the second day, but it didn't happen. Fire alarm also went off on the last day for about 20 minutes but received no info regarding what to do so I walked outside until it stopped."
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"We have stayed here many times and we love it. It's close to the parks and you can get in an hour early and take the free shuttle buses that run all day non stop. The 50's theme is cute and relaxing :) lots of places to eat and it has a starbucks in the hotel, everyone is always friendly and I feel safe as a single mom with my kids."

"Way better than we expected! The pools were wonderful and my boys loved it! I love the communication via text about all the daily events. We loved the screened in porch. We would highly recommend."

"Be aware that there is a $30 per day per vehicle parking fee. Other than that the stay was good. Clean hotel room and very accommodating staff. Very smooth from check in to check out."
