Clean and close to Universal
This was a nice room, but the building was very run down, it could use some upgrades. Our room was clean, there were a few things wrong and they offered to come fix them the next day, but I told them there was no need since it wasn't an emergency. It has a great view of a lake and Universal. There is no oven and the washer and dryer are on either the 3rd or 4th floor, not in the unit like the description says. We didn't have to check in, you could just go straight to the room but we just wanted to make sure so we went to the front desk and they gave us a sheet of paper that told you about the place. The paper told us to take out our trash but the email the company sent said to leave it outside our door, so we just took it out to be safe. It's on the second floor if you ever stay here. So I think communication could be a little better.
It says it sleeps 7, but there is no way 2 people can sleep on that pull out couch comfortably so we had to squeeze in an air mattress. The master bedroom also doesn't really have a dresser, just a small nightstand that won't fit a lot of stuff. Overall, it was fine for us to sleep and eat in and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
