Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We were extremely disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, we immediately found the home to be filthy and poorly maintained. The rugs, walls, and furniture in the common areas were filthy, with visible stains, dirt, and excessive wear. Much of the furniture was stained, damaged, or broken, making it uncomfortable and uninviting.Our biggest safety concern was the bunk beds, which shook significantly whenever someone climbed on them. They did not feel secure, and we were uncomfortable allowing children to sleep in them. The screened pool enclosure was also ripped, allowing insects into the pool area and reflecting the overall lack of maintenance.Within minutes of arriving, we contacted the management team and reported every issue. While everyone we spoke with was polite and repeatedly apologized, no one came to clean, repair, or address any of the problems during our stay. We received plenty of apologies but absolutely no action.For the price we paid, we expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained home that matched the listing. Instead, we spent part of our vacation documenting issues and following up with management. The property's condition and the lack of response significantly impacted our family reunion. We hope the owner addresses these cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns so future guests receive the experience they are paying for. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property in its current condition.
