Better than expected! It’s a 5 star hostel or a 4 star hotel. We had one of the private rooms which was very spacious but smelled funny with the restroom right across the hall. The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest either.

客質が高く、8泊したがサウナや風呂を含めて、マナーの悪い客にほぼ遭わなかった。 客室はベッドや布団も清潔で寝心地が良く、コンセントも3口有って便利。照明も無段階調整がベッドでできるのが良かった。 Wi-Fiは60〜100Mbpsと、通常利用には申し分ない。 連泊する際、10:00〜15:00まで4階のトイレや洗面所、コインランドリー、シャワーが清掃の為に使用できないが、トイレくらいは一番に清掃して、すぐ使用できるようにして欲しいと思った。(別の階等に行けば利用可能ではある。) また、サウナに敷かれている布地のマットは、人の汗で僅かに臭うので、1日1回ではなくもう少し交換頻度を上げてもらえると満足度が向上すると思った。 利用前から次回の予約をしていたが、予約していて良かった。

Great value and location for a short stay

I stayed in a first-class capsule and was impressed by how spacious it was — I could fit my luggage inside with me, which isn’t always the case with capsule hotels. The bed was large and the mattress very comfortable. Great for relaxing after long days out. One downside: the TV was only in Japanese, and the sliding doors don’t block out the noise from the multiple aircon units in the main room. I’d recommend bringing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones. The location is excellent — right above Namba Metro station, making it super convenient. The on-site onsen was a real bonus after two busy days at the Expo. Overall, for a low-cost option where I just needed a place to sleep, this was more than acceptable. Would stay again for the price and location.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. It's also conveniently right next to Namba station and even has an elevator that goes from the subway level to the building so you don't have to pull your luggage up the stairs.
