The beds really hard wasn’t good for me had to get a different hotel after so many nights staff was really nice and breakfast was solid for free to get you through the day the chef lady works so hard. It’s clean and for the price not bad at all but for a long stay the mattress might get to you beyond firm. Everything else especially staff was great.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, toiletries free for guests in reception and a automated check in and out terminal in reception, staff always friendly and happy to help, Japanese channels on TV but you can purchase English movies and programs for unlimited use for a 24 HR period for 500 yen at reception, breakfast variety changes daily and is Japanese style breakfast, flavoursome and filling overall a pleasant stay

Stay in Toyoko inn Osaka

It waa a central location to explore Osaka. Walking diatance to convience store and train station. Also Dontonbouri central osaka tourist area was a walking distance. The breakfast could have sone with more variety. This is in comparison to the same hotel chain which host my previous stay in Tokyo. The price was reasonable so perhaps this reflected on the choices available with the breakfast menu. The staff where very friendly and super helpful. The use a translator app when we were sending our bags over to Kyoto for the 3rd leg of our Japan trip having stay in Tokyo for 4 days and in this hotel for 4 days.

Very uncomfortable but CHEAP & walkable!

It’s a business hotel you stay here for saving money not comfort just know that. The room is very very small and awkward. The bed and pillow is so incredibly uncomfortable. If you can bring your own pillow do it. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast which was shocking good! 3 sweet old Japanese ladies make fresh and authentic Japanese breakfast for everyone. The location bonus is that it is walking distance to Osaka castle.
