"The staff couldn’t do enough …….they were super helpful ,excellent . The hotel lobby was gorgeous and facilities great . The room had an amazing room of universal which was an added bonus . The hotel was very convenient for the park and train station . Would definitely stay again ."

"I got a rash while traveling in Japan. The second day I checked into the hotel, the rash got worst. The front desk staff was very helpful finding a dermatologist which was behind the universal walk, walked 5 mins there, got some medicine and was alot better the next day. Thank you to the front desk staff for being super helpful."

"Staff are very nice.The hotel is close to the train station and very accessible .Everything is very good.The only minor issue that we encountered is that , there is no dryer available, but at least you can wash your dirty clothes.There is also a designated place by the balcony where you can hang your clothes.They have 2 options for breakfast which is good but becomes repetitive especially when you stay there for more than 3 days to a week. Overall.. We had an excellent experience while staying at the hotel."

"The only downside to this property was the breakfast options. The buffet was not very good. Also, the restaurants were closed Monday and Tuesday. If you want to go into the city, expect to pay quite a bit for a taxi upwards of $50 US dollars on the train system as you can get around for as little as two dollars per person."
