"Location is great, well-kept and clean! Housekeeping didn't fully clean a few times when we went out later in the morning, but it wasn't anything a call to the front desk for fresh towels couldn't take care of. Staff is friendly and helpful!"

"We stayed here because we were familiar with the area, the home was easy to find and a super convenient location. The home was clean and very well taken care of. The bedrooms were a nice size for all members of our family. The updates that had been done were beautiful. Very spacious kitchen and living area. We used the outdoor shower that was a surprise because we didn’t see listed on the property when we made reservations. The washer and dryer on sight was great, plus many games from the homeowner was nice since we had several rainy days. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again!! The only issue we had during our stay was that apparently extra towels were brought and delivered to the property however we received ours the day before our checkout so that didn’t help us out during our stay. However our stay was wonderful, beds and pillows were super comfortable, clean and spacious, has been updated and felt super clean."

"Close to the beach and beach parking. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Pool was clean, plenty of lounge chairs. Located right on the main rd, so it was a bit noisy but not too bad. The close proximity to all shopping and restaurants make up for it. Would def stay here again."

"The house was clean upon arrival. No issues with that. There were some hairs found during the stay that definitely belonged to a prior guest, but not a big deal. The house itself was good and adequately met my needs. It could absolutely use a but of a facelift. Everything in it is at least 30 years old and things have just been patched as the years have passed. Has mold been painted over? Probably, but it was clean enough that I didn’t notice. Deck was nice except for getting attacked by wasps which made me lose almost a full day of vacation. Wasps under the outside chairs is a very easy thing to check for and I was offered nothing but an apology for being stung. Other minor issues: fencing in and maintaining the tiny yard would go a long way for a dog friendly rental; and there are no onsite recycling containers. While my stay was fine, I probably wouldn’t rent this place again."

"We had a great beach-house experience! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The house was well worth the price paid. Most things were provided and if we needed anything it was only 5-10 minutes away. The owner was very responsive to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, beach club, pier, and shelling. Would highly recommend!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two families with teens who have been vacationing together in OBX for over 10 years. This is the first property we have returned to - the location, the size of the home and the proximity to shops and grocery stores are all factors making this the perfect spot!"
