"This property is amazing. My husband and I wanted to change the rest of our trip just to stay here longer. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, they bring service to whole new level. We did visit the hotel bar and again, great service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this haven to anyone!"
"Perfect location right by the metro, close to grocery and very central to visit Porto walking. The apartment was amazing, very quiet and has everything needed. But the best part is Tiago and the amazing service and communications. He really takes good care of his customers. Highly recommend. "
"We couldn’t have picked a better location and a better place to stay. In compared to what’s available in the area this is a very economical, wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again on my next visit."

"The Log is a lovely newer property outside the city center in Porto. Friendly professional staff, clean and attractive facility. Not walkable to city center, but easy access to affordable Uber services."
"Loved this place. It had so much character and was like stepping back in time except with modern amenities. My room had a balcony with view of the lovely garden and the Clerigos Tower. Air conditioned (Porto was hot). Bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom with luxurious bathsheets. Breakfast buffet was definitely worth it with many options including an espresso machine. The woman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff was nice but a little aloof - not a big deal. It's not a good place for people with mobility issues because you have a flight of stairs before you get to reception and elevator level. And noone helps you with your luggage. Also, unless you hire luxury transport, you'll get dropped a half block away (Uber). The location is great. Get a paper map. Google and Apple maps are terrible. From here I walked everywhere. There's a wonderful authentic home cooking restaurant just across the cobblestone from the hotel. Restaurants and shopping all around. "

10/10 Excellent
"Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you"
