The bathroom tap in ladies bathroom outside the breakfast venue was stuck on “ full” and although I reported it, it was still stuck on “full on” 4 hours later. "

"Excellent location, quieter street but close to all attractions, restaurants and public transit. The room was very clean and comfortable, I was impressed how noise proof it is. Hotel restaurant is excellent. The amenities include free laundry machines (app controlled) and a rooftop pool/bar - my only wish is that the hotel advertised these better upon arrival."
