"The location is fantastic for visiting all the museums, Duomo and restaurants. BEWARE, the bathroom is virtually unusabe. You need to climb over the bidet(isn't really a bidet because you can't direct the water flow. Only rinses the basin) to reach the toilet. The shower door is in the way requiing you to sit at an angle with one foot in the shower. Bathroom is unacceptable for seniors or anyone with motility issues. Happy with the support the management provided when I contacted them. "

"Our stay was overall very good! The room felt a little warm at times, but we really appreciated that they provided a fan, which helped a lot. The only areas for improvement would be housekeeping. We noticed a few wall stains near the desk area in the room, and the towels weren’t replaced when the room was serviced. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, the experience would be even better. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff was amazing, so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. Despite the minor room issues, we truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying here again."
