"This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. It is easy to walk anywhere you choose. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quiet, I would recommend this hotel to everyone."
"Marco was super friendly, did a great job at making us feel welcomed. Our stay was easy. Room was decorated beautifully and clean. So quaint. Very conveniently located. Also all the details that came with room: map, wine selection, tote to go, etc."
"Incredibly thoughtful and attentive staff. Beautiful property with tons of character and an exceptional location in Florence. Will definitely consider staying here again."
"New, refreshed business with extremely high hospitality standards. From the personal touches provided at check-in and check-out, to thoughtful sound dampening windows, staff rises above expectations in every way.
Well executed, boutique styled hotel, rises above higher
priced competition. Walking distance from important attractions.

"Centrally located. Easy walking distance to all the main sites. Angela at front desk was. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Rachel was excellent hostess at breakfast area. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"The location is perfect. Front desk staff were very attentive. You get to know them because you turn your key in each time you leave the property and retrieve it when you return. If the front desk staff are busy they do not keep you waiting and they pause to give you your room key. The breakfast was very good and there were ample choices. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked. Our room was suitable and the cleaning staff refreshed it each day. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There were aspects of the hotel that could use a refresh but overall it was a good property."
"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!
There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station.
It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.
I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "
