About this property

$89/night for 2 people, plus $20/night for each additional person

  • This is a brand new home - just finished in May!

    We can accommodate 10 people comfortabl.

    The home has been fully furnished with all brand new amenities and furniture throughout including a washer/ dryer, new fridge with crushed ice and water facilities, dish washer, coffee maker, fully stocked silverware and dishware (optional paper plates/ cups etc) and a large flat screened TV.

    The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a large corner tub for you to enjoy and separate standing shower. There are also 2 other bathrooms within the home with tub/ showers in each.

    The property is fully secure with an electric gate (code available prior to arrival) Please note that the drive way curves around the property so the back is facing the road side and the front door in towards the back fence.

    Only 30 miles down Bell Vista Rd to Death Valley. Local attractions include the winery and race track.

Great location and a really nice house with lots of room and great amenities. It was really the perfect place to stay while visiting my mom who lives in town but doesn't have guest space and I'm looking forward to hopefully staying again on future visits!

We had a great stay here. Dave's home is large and comfortable, there was plenty of space where we could work remotely and relax. We especially enjoyed the huge bathtub and lovely thick, soft towels after a days hiking in Death Valley. Death Valley is only 1 hours drive away and the drive to the major shops is only 5-10 mins, so a very convenient location. Dave is a great host, and responded quickly to any questions.

Huge house, lots of beds, very tidy and driveway and parking very secure. I enjoyed my stay. This is a great gateway location for visiting Death Valley, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Very enjoyable, the house is very comfortable, ample space also plenty of parking and the most likely that each room is private with their own exit door. Kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space. If i have to come back to pahrump I will choose this beautiful spacious home. I will recommended to my family and friends. I absolutely loved my stay here. I couldn't believe all the attention to detail and the little perks such as free shampoo/bodywash/peppermint tea. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything you could think of. Shopping is less than 10 minutes away, so I bought groceries instead of eating out. The place is practically brand new and everything is in good condition. I didn't like the pillows on the master bed, but since there are several other bedrooms, I just grabbed pillows off the other beds and was comfy the rest of the weekend. The couch is comfy with several pillows and you'll find extra blankets in every room. There is even a charcoal grill. I found the place very private and quiet. The only things I would recommended are some type of plug in fan since there are no ceiling fans and a porch light to make it easier to punch in the key code and get up and down the stairs at night. Otherwise, I will be back next time I visit Pahrump!

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family loves this place. It’s a mobile home but really spacious. Owner David a his two dogs (a Husky and a Rottweiler) live right outside on the property, but they are all super nice and even our kids played with his dogs! We will be back for sure if available when we decide to come back!

Property is clean and spacious. It is peaceful and quiet, as long as you have no issues with the early morning rooster. The location has you at right about an hour away from Las Vegas, Red Rocks, and Death Valley. This makes for a good base camp location to visit those areas. And gas is also cheaper in Pahrump than in Death Valley or Vegas.

This place looks rundown from the outside but is truely lovely on the inside. It's an enormous house with lots of nice fluffy towels and good beds. It's fairly isolated but less then 10 minutes to drive to a supermarket, so it's nice and quiet

Very clean and spacious, great owner.

The wife and I stayed here while competing in a Chili Cook-off over the weekend. The owner was very prompt in all correspondence. We added some friend of ours and their 7 month old at the last minute and owner quickly accommodated our need with the added people and nights. The home was very spacious and easily gave us all the space we needed with comfort. I would highly recommend this property if you need the space.
