The water drained extremely slowly and even overflowed onto the shower floor, which was quite disgusting. On the second day, the room was barely serviced. The bed was simply pulled flat, with nearly a quarter of the duvet inner left exposed and even touching the floor. The coffee cups were not cleaned, and there was no clear sign that other areas had been properly cleaned either. Overall, the hygiene standard fell far below expectations."
