"Sketchy area. Room just okay and smelled like pinesol cleaning materials. Trip as single female and wouldn’t stay again, hotel and area just gave me unsafe vibes."

"We booked a terrace room to have access to a small balcony but the sliding glass door leading to the terrace was almost impossible to open (between the heavy weight of the door and the gunk in the bottom rails); the hotel engineer was called and while he indicated that he can clean and lubricate the rails, it would not likely change how hard it would be to open/close the door. We had thought that a Hyatt stay would be an unforgettable experience, it is for the wrong reasons. We were also not reimbursed for NOT having a terrace room."
