We had a great stay overall. The location was nice and close to the hill, though be prepared for a bit of walking since trucks have to park on the street. The house easily fit our large group and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is on the smaller side, so cooking meals together takes a bit of teamwork, but it worked out fine. Having the hot tub right in the house was such a bonus, super convenient and a lot of fun!The place is a little dated and the photos make it look a bit bigger than it actually is, but it was still really cute and cozy. Just note that there’s no AC and no laundry in the house. Overall, Panorama itself is amazing and this spot worked well for our group.

Comfortable and close to lift

We loved the ski in/out. Steps away form Toby chair. The condo was lived in, roomy and comfortable, great for the 12 of us including 2 active children under 5. The beds were very comfortable.

Pano Group Ski Trip

Great place to stay and right next to the lift. The common space is great for groups hanging out and there was a lot of bedrooms so that each person in our group had their own private space. I would recommend this place to others. That being said the place needs a bit of TLC as there were a few things that weren't working (W/C sink drain and fan, Hot tub and some lights). This could have been a timing thing as we stayed there at the end of Ski season..

Extremely disappointing and deceiving

This is the worst experience I've had in a vacation rental. The hosts were completely unresponsive, including when I needed assistance locating the property and entering the unit. The hot tub and sauna, both of which were primary selling features, did not work. The hot tub didn't even have water in it. When raising this with the host, I was ghosted after an initial response informing me that they were just notified of a "maintenance issue", so went the entire weekend without being able to use either.The pictures on the listing are extremely deceiving. It looks relatively modern and well cared for. In reality, it is old, dirty, in rough shape and has not been maintained properly. Mold exists throughout, including on the window sills and ceiling of the master ensuite. Closet doors are broken throughout, the oven is missing a handle, the shelves on the other side of the fridge door are missing railings and the coffee machine takes two hours to brew. The arcade machine is broken. The location is the only saving grace, as it is literally steps from the Toby Chair and made for a true ski-in/ski-out experience, which was very convenient. With that said, it was inconvenient to unload and load items from the parkade, as you need to use a few flights of steep, narrow staircases, both outside and inside the unit. The narrow staircase at the entrance makes it burdensome for large groups to suit up for a day of skiing.Aside from the location, I would not recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay and have stayed many times in the past. The only issue was some laundry that hadn’t yet been taken by the maid service but they were easy to contact to deal with the issue. Functionally it is one of the best places to stay with a larger group. Lots of space and outstanding amenities.

Family Christmas ski holiday

The property was in the perfect location for our group of both skiers and non skiers. The lift was literally outside of our door making getting going in the morning super easy, and for those who didn’t ski, it was an easy walk to the gondola to enjoy some time up at the base of the mountain. The condo itself was great as well for everyone. The pool table was a huge hit, it was so lively for everyone to have their own space and sleeping space, and the hot tub was a perfect end to the day.

Has potential

This place has the potential to be a great place to stay but needs maintenance & regular upkeep…The pros:1. This is a true ski in/out place, its only steps to the Toby chairlift2. Very spacious for larger families or a group of friends 3. Hot tub is nice but needs proper maintenance, the water needs correct amount of chemicals. It shouldn’t be like a foam party when the jets are on. The cons:1. There is absolutely no heat in the upstairs main bedroom. A small space heater was provided2. Majority of the light fixtures do not work, even after replacing the bulbs3. There is black mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom 4. The accommodation was not cleaned prior to our arrival, all the bathrooms were filthy & the floors were dirty 4. No power in the bathrooms or hot water in the upstairs bathrooms; until we found a second water tank & electrical panel. As a guest we should not be required to to this5. There are no shower doors on one of the showers. We had to fix the shower doors in another bathroom as they were hanging off the rail

Disappointing stay

Below expectations Plus: Large condo with 6 bedrooms with extra beds so a large group can fit. It is very close to the lift. Minus: 80’s house only semi-renovated with makeshift repairs and many problems. Keypad not working. Entrance is small. Needed to double park and go up 2 flights of stairs to reach the main level, plus 1 or 2 flights to the rooms. Kitchen is small and missing supplies. I had to ask for oven mitts, bbq brush, wine glasses and steak knifes (host provided the next day). Cupboards are small and unorganized. Oven door handle broken. Fridge small and shelves in the door missing. Broken hanging light fixture in middle of living room, very dangerous. The floors are vinyl with loose slats and cheap feel. Many windows are cloudy with humidity. Outdoor patio unusable, full of snow and cushions left out. No gutters so snowmelt drips. Some rooms either had dust, no heat, bed not made, old mattress or stained sheets. No bathrooms had functional plugs. Plugs are not GFCI would be dangerous if functional. Glass shower door was replaced with a plastic curtain and water was going all over the floor. Another shower curtain had pink mold. Spa was cloudy and cold the first night. Bbq small and dirty, not the one pictured. Laundry not usable. Washer vibrated. Dryer exhausts inside the room, NOT outside. This makes the room humid and really dusty. There is a sign saying that if the washer and dryer run at the same time the breaker will trip.

good place to stay but some issues

We stayed here for 4 days. There was some good things and some no so good things about the place. The Good: 1) It's very close to the hill. Truly a ski in/out location. 2) The beds are very comfortable. You can sleep 7 and all will sleep well. 3) Was quite clean. The Bad: 1) The hot tub was less than ½ full with water. 2) There was no propane for the BBQ 3) Multiple light bulbs need replacing. One bedroom had no lights working at all. 4) No soap/shampoo in 2 of the 3 showers. 5) No tips on the pool cues/ No paddles or ping pong balls. Thus could not play pool or ping pong. 6) Very small landing to take your ski boots off and store your skis/snowboard. In fairness the owners did fill the sauna when we requested (but took a day to heat up) and did replace the empty propane tank when requested (but we couldn't BBQ for the first day). We should not have needed to call though. For over $7,000 for 4 days we expected the unit would be ready for us to use when we got there, and it wasn't.

Overall good

We had a great stay overall. Great amenities and fantastic layout for mix of couples and singles. If you plan to use the pool table, bring your own cues (including a short cue) as all the house cues had broken tips. The sliding door to the solarium could use some maintenance. The place has a few minor inconveniences but has all the key things to make for a fun stay. The location and private amenities can’t be beat!!

Greywolf Golf Trip

19 years running, 8 guys 4 days of golf at Greywolf, need a chalet that can handle that kind of accommodation and privacy. Condo was well equipped, clean and efficient, nicely broken up to allow different group conversations. Beds were great, owner's were ON THE BALL with all requests and needs. Parking was great, VERY enjoyable. Suited our group perfectly.

Panorama March 5-11

Location of condo was excellent and is just steps from the lifts. Condo size was fantastic for the size of our family and accommodated all our needs. Host was very responsive and condo had all the necessities of home. Couple of areas for improvement would be the cleanliness on arrival (floors, dishes and cook-wear, and hot tub). Upon arrival we contacted host and they did have a team come out and address our concerns including emptying and cleaning hot tub and replacing lightbulbs in rooms with none. Skiing was excellent and hill had no line ups. We all had a wonderful time.

Great stay right on the mountain!

Great stay just beside the Toby chair. Very spacious with 3 levels. Hottub was amazing! Would definitely stay again. Loved that there was a good supply of towels- both for showering and hot tubing for a larger group.

Fantastic property/location

It is difficult to find a place large enough for a big family, but this six bedroom unit suited us perfectly. In addition to all the beds, there are two pullout couches, a cot, and a pack-n-play. Our other favourite features included the hot tub and ski-in/out location. While some of the finishes are a bit dated, this unit was very charming and comfortable. We will be back!

Toby chair townhouse

Excellent property for a big group. Just a few steps from the Toby Chair so truly ski in and ski out. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Hot tub in unit was great. Living and dining area open so good for gathering together to enjoy our stay.

Awesome host and property

It was a wonderful vacation overall because of the awesome property which was perfect for a family like our group ages from 1 yr old to 62 years old. Everyone has a very comfortable bed. The dining table which can be turned into a pool table and pingpong table was a great idea. A property like this with two master bedrooms is rare. The property is super clean. The family loves the free gondola ride to access free multiple pools. Thank you so much Omar and Shahileen for responding to all my questions, your quick responses were very much appreciated. It helped me with the planning and communication with my team. Definitely recommend this wonderful place .

Spring Break Getaway

The property was incredibly spacious and well equipped with a master,ensuite & half bath on main floor, 4 bedrooms& 2 baths on second floor and a loft with an additional 4 beds! Plenty of room for our family of 11! Carpets on stairs in upper floors as well- dated but clean. 2 bedrooms with double beds- would recommend moving bunk bed to a single bedroom and putting in a queen or king bed in the second floor with the ensuite bath. Park underground in 1200 section for easy access to unit. In house hot tub was amazing, with sauna beside it. Toby lift just steps away to take you to main chair lift. We definitely would bring our family here again. Host was very accessible & any needs were met by property manager immediately. Amazing Spring Break at Panorama!
