Famagusta Villa 1020 is a new, spacious and modern villa just a few minutes walk to Konnos Bay, a Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed as well as a guest toilet and a shower.
The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances and Nespresso machine.
The spacious master bedroom is featured on the upper and offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large pergola-covered balcony with partial sea views. On the same floor you can find the third bedroom offering one single bed and one bunk bed, as well as the family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
This Villa offers a large, tiled private pool, pergola covered patio area, comfortable sunbeds, outside dining table, BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night. Within a 3km radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, many organised beaches and much more.
Within a few minutes drive there can be found many beautiful beaches that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months.
