This executive one bedroom patio home is nestled closed to downtown Chandler and close to Chandler Airport and all major companies. The Price Corridor in Chandler is a major employment corridor with many notable businesses. For example: Intel, Meta, Bank of America, Microchip technology, PayPal, just to name a few. You can relax at Marcos golf course, a short 4 minute ride. Most championship golf courses are within a 20 minute radius, as is Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Open. Infact the location is so excellent everything is within 20 minutes. Within that 20 minute radius is all the Spring Training ball parks. You will have access to Angels, Cubs, Reds, Rockies, Dodgers, Padres, and of course Arizona's favorite the Diamondbacks . Enjoy a variety of hotdogs and an IPA, to many to name, at all parks. At the end of your day relax in the hot tub, liquor permitted, no glass. If the night is cool, cozy up to the fire with a good book or movie. If you are a foodie and enjoy shopping you will find all the desires of your heart at Chandler Fashion Center, just 10 minutes away.
