"Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."

"Very clean room and friendly staff. The lake view and terrace was lovely. Affordable food and drink is easily available in the downstairs cafe. The outdoor infinity pool and sauna were nice but there were no hot tubs (which we thought would be there). Otherwise, the facilities and stay was fantastic!"

"We fell in love with our stay! The views of lake como were breath taking! The apartment is very safe and you have access to the lake as well. We got in and took a nice swim! We also loved how close the market was, approx. 8 min walk. Just make sure to take a backpack so you can put your groceries in. The apartment was spacious and equipped with utensils, plates, and pots. You would just want to sit at the balcony and contemplate the beauty of this magical place! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!😍"

"We loved this apartment. The location is excellent- literally attached to the Grand Menaggio Hotel on the lake. A 5 minute walk to the main square. A 10 minute walk to a great spot on the lake where my son jumped in the water and we swam for hours. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you’d need. Including an in-unit washer for clothing, all necessary kitchen items and comfortable beds. Upon arrival the host oriented us to the apartment and was helpful when we had questions during our visit. I would absolutely recommend this rental."
