"We are ready for a repeat performance. I am a Hilton Honors Members and have stayed at many Hiltons, but the Caribe Hilton was like coming home. Of course, I wasn't wild about the check in, but the staff were the best. The best mofongo in PR at Lola's Restaurant. The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience and we are planning a return"

Great location overall. .. But some complaints that signature pool was not available for maintenance...and someone was using a loud drill above our room. Not til mid morning but still.very annoying. Also no glasses besides champagne glasses in room "
