The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."

Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. "the front desk was very helpful but our key did not work and the second key also did not work, the room we initially were assigned was on a floor that had not been renovated and it was very musty with stains all over the carpet.
