"Everything was excellent. Room was beautiful and clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Questions answered and items provided quickly and with a smile (we needed an iron/board, an umbrella, coffee, etc) . Breakfast was ample and delicious, served in a lovely and relaxing room. Bravo, all thumbs up. "

"Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests during our stay. Special thanks to Catherine, the Guest Relations Manager for responding to our complaints and upgraded our room. Also special thanks to Cedric, the restaurant manager for responding our breakfast request to my favorite Nespresso coffee flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay of 5 days. Not quite 5 star for amenities, but the friendly hotel services more than made up for the 5 star, especially the front desk staff, valet parking, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping. Will recommend!"

The room cleaning was done with great care and performed early daily after I went out. The location is near the center of Aix providing wonderful strolls to the cafe’s, restaurants, and museums. I would definitely stay here again. "
