This lagoon-front property is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring this tropical region! This is an extremely unique development, with a famous architect designing the buildings. Inside and out, you will find interconnected design schemes that focus on relaxing elements and repetition of round shapes that give this home a particularly trendy atmosphere.

Walk up to this second-floor unit to find a self-contained studio with lagoon views and a private space where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Here you will have air-conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable even during the warmest tropical afternoon, as well as WiFi access so you can keep in touch with your loved ones. A kitchenette is a great place to grab a quick snack or a cold beverage, and you can lounge on the round, king-size bed and watch some TV while you rest up for more fun.

A private bathroom has a walk-in shower, plus a separate jetted bathtub. You will have access to a shared laundry area, which will come in handy during longer visits. If you step outside to your private balcony you can sit and breathe in the fresh air, marvel at the gorgeous lagoon, and look over the landscaped grounds of the property. This studio is a perfect size for a serene solo escape or a romantic retreat for two.

Within the Swan Villas, you can access the fantastic shared amenities. Go for a dip in the inviting infinity-edge pool, cross the road to sunbathe on the sandy beach, use the kayaks at the property and go exploring the water or a bicycle to see the landscape.

You will find great restaurants at Maya Beach is just about a mile north. For even more options, drive about 15 minutes south to the end of the peninsula where you will find the lovely Placencia Village. While you're in town you can, get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, take a stroll along the pristine coastline, and enjoy happy hour time at a beach bar.

In Placencia you can also rent gear or book tours to make your visit even more special. If you like to go boating, fishing, scuba diving, or snorkeling, this area is a fantastic place to enjoy the water and the gorgeous seascape. You could go with a group to view the friendly manatees that live in the lagoon, or go ocean fishing in the Caribbean Sea. For even more excitement, check out an expedition that ventures into the Belizean jungles, a tour of the Mayan ruins, or a trip to a wildlife preserve where you can learn about the diverse animal life. With so many fun-filled options and beauty in every direction, you will have plenty to keep you busy here!
