The Querque Hotel

"Our stay at the hotel was fine. It was expensive as it was Balloon Fiesta week, and so it felt like a lot of money for the experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, a real highlight. The breakfast offerings were very limited for someone with gluten sensitivities. I ended up having a bowl of Corn Flakes and two packs of peanut butter. For those who can eat wheat, there were pancakes, bagels, and muffins. No real protein was available. There was no hot water to make tea, so I had to stand in line for the microwave where people were heating their ramen cups. All in all, it served the purpose of a place to stay after a concert."

"Check in staff were hurried because of the lines. Our person did not explain how to enter the garage, or even which garage was the right one. I thought we got breakfast with our room, but no one mentioned that. However, it was all clean and nice room"

"This is a conveniently located, no frills hotel. No complaints for the price and availability during Balloon Festival. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our shower was amazing, even if the bathroom was a little older. Bed was awesome! I would have liked better cable or streaming options."
