"Great hotel. Best buffet breakfast. Lobby bar wonderful"

"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent, beautifully maintained, and in a great location—convenient to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything came together to make this a terrific experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi"

"This could easily be the best hotel in Tokyo. Rooms and view were amazing. Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Location was amazing. Can’t recommend enough. I will be staying here again."

"Nice room, breakfast was very good. Great location"

"good location, the lounge is very good (provide small bites, drinks including free beer and 2 sake per day!), room is a bit small but acceptable considering the location"

"ممتازه"

"My family booked 3 rooms and stayed 4 nights with my children. The location is not directly in the main Ginza but it is walkable. The room is cosy and clean."

"Very much a ‘Dynasty’ era hotel in terms of furnishings coupled with ‘formal’ service. If you’re breakfasting here, do go to Level 2. The breakfast room at B1 is rather like a canteen and understaffed."
