The exteriors of this fantastic property are a real marvel. The house has a private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 11m x 5m and a depth range from 0.4m to 2.2m. In the pool area there is a small garden and an outdoor dining area, where you can all gather together to enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also find a ping pong table and sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings with stunning sea and mountain views from the accommodation's furnished terraces. Thanks to its incredible location, there are no neighbors nearby and privacy is total.

Inside, the entire property has AC, underfloor heating, and oil central heating. It is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room open to the kitchen which has access to one of the terraces. This room has a Smart TV and satellite TV. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and hydro-massage shower. There is also a toilet on this floor. The stairs lead to the first floor below, where you will find a second living room with Smart TV and a gas kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped, with a fireplace and access to a terrace. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on this floor. The first one has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds, access to the terrace, and en suite bathroom with shower; and the fourth bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace. On the first floor below there is a third room with sofas and a play area for the little ones. On this floor, you will also find a spa area with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower. You will be able to use the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board in the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The local gastronomy is a mixture of Mediterranean flavours with influences from Spanish cuisine, with dishes such as frito mallorquín, tumbet and the famous ensaimadas.
