The staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The only downside is the beaches—while they are stunning, there's a lot of debris, especially fruit and other waste washed up from the boats, which really detracts from their beauty. Additionally, the beaches aren't very relaxing, as once you enter the water to swim, you're frequently hassled by vendors. "The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous.
This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too.
I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund.
In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for...
