Stylish and cozy 2,300 square foot 4 bedroom/4 full bathroom home located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape San Blas is a very quiet beach town and the perfect place to unwind. Relax in the heated private pool with the beach as your backyard! Have fun on the water with your kayak and paddle board. Cook dinner admiring the sunset on the park style charcoal grill.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a Smart TV, and sliding doors to a patio. Light blocking drapes, and new, comfortable mattresses and bedding ensure a restful stay.

An electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV make the living room a cozy place to gather. There are windows for days to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views!

The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig Duo coffee machine, a shrimp boil pot, crock pot, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 8, with 4 additional barstools in the kitchen.

Downstairs is a game room with an air hockey table, retro PacMan machine, and wet bar. Leading out of the game room is a large covered shuffle board area and porch swing perfect for outdoor fun, rain or shine!

We loved everything about this rental! The house size was perfect for our family of 6. The house was very clean, the location was great, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the private pool to use and our young adult kids loved the game room downstairs.

Excellent place to stay!

Right on the water. Options between the pool or beach was great! Especially for the the kids who wanted to play in the pool and build sand castles. Great location from the grocery store to the local stores and restaurants. Host stayed in communication and was responsive when we thought we had an issue, that turned out not to be an issue at all. Everyone agreed that this was the best place we had stayed.

CSB Is The Place To Be!

And this home directly on the beach is the place to stay! The home is loaded with everything in the listing plus the atmosphere to go with it. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 of almost everything. The home is immaculately clean. The pool is a big bonus. The location is perfect. We throughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks to our host Kara.

Paradise with a View

We were blown away by the idyllic view, both from the deck and in the family room and dining area. Unbelievable sunsets. My son and I caught fish on almost every cast off the near private beach, including two sharks. Perfect house for family get away. Clean, well stocked and private. Kara was great and responsive to any questions. We are not the type to repeat locations but we are already looking into booking this property next year.

Checked all of the boxes!

This place was perfect for our group, 4 adults and 4 kids. Beach Planet and Gas Station are within walking distance. We loved having a private pool and private beach access at our back door. Beds were comfortable. I was most impressed that all four bedrooms contain a full bath and access outside from the bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were amazing! TV’s in every room. We have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

PERFECTION

Can not ask for a better set up...one story home, 2 steps to private pool, a dozen FLAT steps to the beach! House lives wonderful, host thinks of all the little things like nite lights, organized well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee filters and on and on. We are booked for 2025!

Perfect Vacation House

The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our week here and can’t wait to come back next year!! The house was very clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures. Having the pool was an amazing bonus for our four young kids. The house was childproofed as well which was nice, gates blocking all of the stairways and pool area! The beach was literally steps away and we practically had it to ourselves! The house is very conveniently located across from the convenience shop and beach store as well! Perfect Beach Home with all the little things…

Kara is an amazing host. House is so cozy and perfect for families. We loved everyone having their own bathroom and Kara has all the little details taken care of. We simply arrived with groceries and were set. This is our second visit to the area and Kara’s home is close to several other Cape San Blas favorites - all walking distance (scallop cove, donuts, bike rentals). While the weather wasn’t the best - we still enjoyed the pool, beach, dolphin watching, and seashell hunting. We loved gathering in the open concept living room with the fireplace on and LOVED the Christmas tree setup. Lots of memories made and the home is perfect for it!!!

A Hidden Gem on the Beach - Beautiful Sunsets

Stayed along 30A (Seasdie, Seagrove, etc.) many times over the years. First time to Cape San Blas. It was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place right on the beach with a private pool. Kara was very responsive to all of our requests and the few unforseen problems that did arise. The house was very tastefully decorated and just the right size for our 2 adult daughters and their husbands along with our 2 grandchildren (ages 6 and 3). Everyone had a great time. We will definitely consider returning next year if the dates work out.
