"This is a bare bones hotel. Front desk is only staffed on a part time basis. If you need anything ask the cleaning staff. No breakfast, coffee, or vending machines. Nicely remodeled though."

"We were only in the area for one day, so we chose this hotel purely for convenience and somewhere to rest. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. When we got there, the front door was locked, which was already unusual. I checked the Hotels.com app to see if I had missed any instructions, but there was nothing helpful. I repeatedly called the contact number listed and got no response. Eventually, I received a message from the hotel via the app with a door code and some vague instructions. Inside, there was no receptionist just a very basic self check-in machine. After entering my details, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €60 on top of what I had already paid. This was never mentioned beforehand. I tried calling every number provided, but again, no one answered. It got to a point where we did not even check in, and had to leave the area which wasted both out money and time. I then received an email, to ask us to review our check in process, which we did not even complete. Overall, the lack of communication, hidden charges, and poor check-in process made this a very frustrating experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

"Love the location extremely convenient to all the wonderful sights, restaurants, bakery, shopping and laundromat. Apartment, more like a studio, had lots of character, was very compact, better for a young single person or young couple. As seniors the 3 flights of stairs were difficult especially with luggage. Refrigerator kept waking up my husband during the night and birds woke us up early in the morning. Bed is extra firm."
