The open-concept kitchen is perfect for socializing while cooking. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including cookware, cutlery, a washing machine, and a dishwasher for added convenience.

The bedroom offers a modern and stylish retreat. It has a double bed, a TV for entertainment, and plenty of storage space to make you feel at home.

The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can access a common gym in the building.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santo Ildefonso is a lively neighbourhood in Porto, known for its charming streets and historic landmarks, including the beautiful Church of Santo Ildefonso, adorned with traditional blue and white tiles. It’s also well-placed for exploring Porto’s main attractions, like the Avenida dos Aliados and the riverside Ribeira district. Whether you enjoy the local cuisine, explore the historic streets, or soak in the lively ambience, Santo Ildefonso is a perfect spot to experience the best of Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
