Reception especially abrubt and rude. We booked and paid and as we approached her at reception she said she does not have a booking for us.

The beach view was obstructed by trees, in fact hardly any seaview considering what we thought we were going to get. Noisy business of some sort next door during the night. Certainly not the room we saw in the pictures, cupboard doors hanging off and very, very tired furniture. The room was very large.
