"Our stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is in a beautiful vineyard location and is a charming small property. The grounds are spectacular, the pool area is tranquil. The breakfast was delicious on a peaceful patio. We also had dinner in the restaurant, AMAZING. I will crave the duck ravioli for years!! Thanks for such a great start to our vacation. "

Everything was neatly arranged, fresh, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which gave us a very good first impression. The housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and relaxing at all times. We appreciated the attention given to cleanliness and guest comfort. The staff members were also very helpful, polite, and professional throughout our visit. They responded quickly to requests, answered questions patiently, and made every effort to ensure that guests felt comfortable and well cared for. Their warm attitude added greatly to our positive experience. Another highlight was the continental breakfast served each morning. There was a good variety of food options and beverages available. Everything was presented neatly and replenished regularly, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The television had limited English channels, which reduced entertainment options for international guests. Also, the kettle in our room was broken and could not be used. Overall, our stay was excellent. The combination of a clean room, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast made our visit very enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation."

"Breakfast was ok not much variety! Rooms are not sound proof! 2 nights had big groups stay & there was too much noise can hear footsteps, music, conversations.Hotel location is not in a good area! No extractor fan so we had to open the bathroom door to let steam out. There is only 1 plug socket in a triple room/suite, no heating or air conditioning available! "

"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"

"This property falls far short of luxury standards—it's more like a dated motel than a 5-star hotel. I suspect it may have been upscale 50 years ago, but there has clearly been no meaningful maintenance or renovation since then. The overall condition is very run-down. Towels had visible holes, the pillow felt like a solid brick, and the bathrobe was in such poor shape that it was off-putting just to look at. The room had no functional temperature control, forcing us to open the windows for any airflow—which unfortunately let in a lot of cigarette smoke from outside, making the space stuffy and unpleasant. Other issues included: A very old, heavily stained couch in the room full of holes. Stained breakfast tablecloths. Outdated physical keys (not electronic key cards) for both the room and the safe—something that feels like a basic necessity in modern hospitality, not a luxury perk. We booked for two nights but checked out after just one. The uncomfortable bedding (especially the rock-hard pillow), unbearable heat, and constant smoke made sleep impossible. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the second night. Overall, this was a disappointing and frankly sad experience for what was presented as a luxury stay."

"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin. "
