"Beautiful room with a view overlooking the piazza! The staff were wonderful, spoke English and were able to support us with booking a taxi and helping us with our service animal. Highly recommend this hotel and their stellar team!"

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"This is a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring the Dolomites and Bolzano itself . The breakfast was excellent as was our room . The outside bar at night is lovely for a night cap . Pool very small and busy so didn’t get to try it out but looked nice . "
