Cook out back, lounging or dining with friends, overlooking the Isles Yacht Club. This Home has 2 large king bedrooms and bath's, featuring a jetted bathtub, shower and Bidet. The kitchen, mini bar area & breakfast Island with Quartz counter tops & new Kitchen Aide appliances. The living area has a fireplace and dining, along with 2 Large flat screen TV's. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen: Coffee maker, coffee, dishes, linens, pots & pans, outdoor grill, outdoor dining and lounging area's, beach towels, kayak, kids toys, cleaning supplies, drop down ironing board, beach chairs, coolers, shampoo, soaps, power recliner, trash bags, luxury new Hotel mattress and box with custom Designer bedding, Robes and custom built in closet with hangers and jewelry drawer for plenty of room to organize your belongings. What wonderful hosts Holly and Jim were! We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at their beautiful guest home. It’s the ideal location for exploring all that Punta Gorda and SWFL have to offer, including shops, restaurants, local nightlife, walking trails, beautiful seaside spots and botanical gardens. Their guest home has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home, from comfortable beds, luxury bedding and spa bathrooms to a fully stocked kitchen and relaxing outdoor space overlooking a beautiful marina. We have already booked our next stay, this home is truly the gem of Punta Gorda.
