"I have stayed at this resort since 2012 and can say that it has always been one of my favorite resorts in the world. I keep coming back to it. The staff is what makes this resort stand out. They are hands down great people. They are friendly and kind and will absolutely make your stay as pleasant as possible. I have stayed at the higher end resorts on Cozumel but have always been happier at hotel Cozumel. This resort is the best on the island. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was as smooth and relaxing as possible."
