The second we asked, the hotel did everything right and addressed the situation in a classy and professional way. It was well handled. Not hotel’s fault— shame on the people. "

"Hidden tropical paradise! The room and amenities were lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make the experience wonderful. The view of the volcano was excellent too. Ended up seeing a sloth and toucans on site which was a bonus. Much appreciation to the hotel staff. "
