"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It has potential to be a really nice place, but it needs work. The staff was AMAZING! The rooftop views were beautiful, but you could only see them at 5 o’clock when the rooftop opens. The staff was willing to have maintenance open the rooftop for me but I declined since they had already been so helpful. I assumed I would be able to watch the sun in the morning, but was advised the rooftop was closed. My main concern was the cleanliness, especially in the hallways. It just doesn’t look like it has been maintained well. I did feel safe as a solo traveler and the location is convenient keeping Uber cost down."

"Room was nice and loaction is good. The breakfast is very expensive. The thing that lets it down are the bar staff and some at breakfast (but not all). One bar staff member was rude and arrogant, the worst we come across on our road trip, if you don't want to work here just get another job. "

"My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for our 2nd Mother/Daughters trip. It is in a great location - an easy, short walk to the Orpheum Theater and Beale Street. We felt very safe walking there at night. We ate our meals out but could have cooked in as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms instead of the 1 we shared on the last trip we took. We were able to park both a truck and a car in the 2 car garage. We did not need to do laundry but there is a washer and dryer. We ate at 2 of the owner's recommendations - Arcade Cafe for breakfast (twice) and the Rendezvous Restaurant for delicious ribs. The location was very easy to drive in and out of Memphis. Would stay there again."
